03. Quotations & Project Scope

Project quotations are prepared based on the information and requirements provided by the client.

A final project quotation may specify the following details:

• Estimated project timeline
• Payment schedule
• Number of included revisions
• Third-party costs
• Support or maintenance terms

Website and digital marketing prices published on our Pricing page are intended for the specified packages and client markets.

Additional requirements outside the accepted scope may require a revised quotation and timeline.

04. Payments & Billing

Payment amounts, accepted payment methods, deposits and installment schedules will be communicated and agreed before the relevant project work begins.

Depending on the project, payments may be arranged in stages or according to agreed milestones.

Clients are responsible for paying invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.

Where legally permissible and consistent with the project agreement, overdue payments may result in suspension of further work until outstanding amounts are resolved.

Any applicable taxes, payment processing fees or additional charges will be addressed in the relevant quotation or invoice.

05. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and necessary information for the completion of their digital projects.

Depending on the service, clients may need to provide:

Clients must ensure that materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

06. Project Timeline & Delivery

Estimated project timelines are discussed before development begins.

The delivery schedule depends on project complexity, required features, availability of content, client feedback and third-party services.

We aim to communicate material changes to the estimated schedule as soon as reasonably possible.

Final project delivery or website launch procedures will be determined according to the agreed requirements.

07. Revisions & Scope Changes

Included revisions depend on the selected package or written project agreement.

Revisions generally relate to adjustments within the originally agreed scope.

Requests for additional pages, major website redesigns, new integrations, additional software functionality or significant changes after approval may require an additional quotation.

Any additional charges and revised delivery dates should be agreed before extra work proceeds.

08. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Costs

Domain registration, website hosting, premium themes, paid plugins and external subscriptions are not included in standard website development pricing unless explicitly stated in the project quotation.

These services may involve recurring fees charged by third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for renewals and associated charges for domain, hosting and other services registered or maintained in their own accounts.

Where EP Tech Services assists with domain or hosting setup and management, applicable arrangements will be communicated separately.

Domain and hosting account ownership, credentials and transfer responsibilities should be confirmed in the project agreement.

09. Digital Marketing Services

Our digital marketing services may include social media content creation, campaign setup, audience targeting, advertisement management, search engine optimization and reporting.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, advertising platform spending is separate from our marketing service fees.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their products, promotional claims and advertisements comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Marketing results may vary depending on competition, advertising budget, audience, platform algorithms and external market factors.

We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, search rankings or revenue unless a specific enforceable commitment is separately agreed.

10. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Ownership and permitted use of custom project deliverables are determined by the relevant project agreement.

Client-provided logos, trademarks, content and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

WordPress, Shopify, premium themes, stock images, plugins and other third-party resources may be subject to separate licensing terms.

Transfer of ownership, delivery of source files or licensing permissions will follow the agreed project terms and applicable law.

We will not publicly display confidential client information or restricted project materials without appropriate authorization.

11. Project Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the applicable project agreement, services already performed, approved costs and relevant consumer laws.

If a client wishes to cancel a project, they should contact EP Tech Services in writing as soon as possible.

Any refund, outstanding balance or charge for completed work will be assessed according to agreed terms and applicable legal requirements.

Non-refundable third-party charges, where applicable and lawfully disclosed, may be treated separately from development fees.

12. Support & Maintenance

Technical support availability depends on the selected website development package, service plan or project agreement.

Where included, basic technical support may cover eligible troubleshooting and assistance related to delivered features.

New features, significant redesigns, additional content development and ongoing maintenance may require a separate service agreement.

Issues resulting from third-party software changes, unauthorized modifications or external service failures may require additional investigation and costs.

13. Acceptable Website Use

Visitors agree to use the EP Tech Services website for lawful purposes.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
• Upload or distribute malware or harmful code

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, freedom from all technical issues or specific commercial outcomes.

Any contractual limitations of liability will be subject to the relevant project agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Privacy & Personal Information

By communicating with us, you acknowledge that relevant information may be processed for inquiries, quotations, project delivery and related business purposes as described in that policy.
